    <description>&lt;P&gt;Monday, Officially the start of theb spring with a move to BST.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It&#39;s a shame my bootcampers decided to celebrate with a weekend of partying, lucky devils. So today we kicked off with a 1 mile warm up before launching into a fit test.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;400m run through the woods, with 20 off spiderman press ups, burpee&#39;s and deep squats. 4 circuits. Finishing off with the abbs to stretch&amp;nbsp;routine.&lt;/P&gt;
