A: The answer is basically quite simple. Eat more frequently and stop starving yourself, when a person decides it's time to shed that blossoming belly fat; they will normally start by stopping eating, wrong strategy. When you do this you will upset your body's ability to control your insulin levels, it will not know when to expect the next meal and consquently will start or continue to store what you do eat as FAT.
