Compare that to zero for aerobic training.
When you train like a sprinter, you will get lean and ripped. In fact it’s almost unavoidable.
Just look at any high level track meet and check out the men and woman running the 100 meter dash.
Lean, hard physiques.
Washboard abs.
Then look at the 2 and 3 milers.
Skinny and frail.
