It's a shame my bootcampers decided to celebrate with a weekend of partying, lucky devils. So today we kicked off with a 1 mile warm up before launching into a fit test.
400m run through the woods, with 20 off spiderman press ups, burpee's and deep squats. 4 circuits. Finishing off with the abbs to stretch routine.
